In the office at Fugh Refrigeration, you’re the hub that keeps everything connected. Your day starts by reviewing the schedule, answering calls, and dispatching technicians to service appointments. Throughout the day, you’ll field customer inquiries, confirm appointments, and update job details as technicians report in from the field.
Between calls, you’ll enter invoices, process payments, and help coordinate service records. The pace can shift quickly — one moment you’re helping a customer schedule a repair, the next you’re assisting a technician with a part order or updating the work calendar.
It’s steady, organized work with plenty of variety. You’ll collaborate with the entire team — from technicians to management — to ensure every job runs smoothly and customers receive the prompt, professional service they expect from Fugh Refrigeration.
