As a Residential HVAC Technician at Fugh Refrigeration, you’ll start your day by checking your schedule, reviewing service calls, and loading up your truck with the tools and parts you’ll need. Most days involve traveling to customers’ homes throughout the region to diagnose heating or cooling issues, replace worn-out components, and perform maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
You might spend one morning replacing an air conditioner, then head to another home in the afternoon to troubleshoot a furnace that won’t start. Clear communication is key — you’ll explain what’s wrong, outline solutions, and make sure the customer understands what’s being done.
When the work is done, you’ll document your service, restock your vehicle, and prepare for the next day’s schedule. You’ll work independently but always have the support of an experienced team that’s only a call away. Every day brings variety, and every job ends with the satisfaction of helping someone stay comfortable in their home.
